No, unfortunately we are unable to offer custom bracelet adjustments before shipping. The bracelet is designed to fit most wrist sizes, from 13 cm to 19.5 cm (5.1" to 7.7"). Within this range, you can easily make adjustments yourself. We provide a BERGEON screwdriver and detailed instructions in our Quick User Guide to help with the adjustments.
-
Yes, the 369 bracelet is designed for easy adjustability. It is crafted with five adjustable links and two half-links on both sides, secured with screws, allowing you to adjust the length using the provided BERGEON screwdriver. Additionally, the bracelet includes a tool-free micro-adjustment clasp, and we can provide spare links for wrist size extensions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you're not confident in making the adjustments yourself, we recommend taking it to a local watch shop for assistance.
-
Yes, but we don't provide screwdrivers for this operation. The 369 bracelet is secured with Ø 1.80 mm screw bars, not the standard Ø 1.00 mm pin bars, so two screwdrivers are required. We recommend purchasing two Ø 1.60 mm screwdrivers from BERGEON or any other brand of your choice.
In addition to our custom-made leather straps, you can use any 20 mm leather strap on the market with our adapter.
PLEASE NOTE: While swapping the bracelet may seem a simple operation, mishandling two screwdrivers at the same time can easily damage the screw heads or scratch the case lugs. If you're not confident in your skills, we recommend taking your 369 to a local watch shop for a proper bracelet swap.
-
For the 369, we opted for using Ø 1.80 mm screw bars because they are stronger and provide a secure fit to the bracelet or any other strap. Screw bars offer increased durability and reliability compared to standard Ø 1.00 mm pin bars, ensuring a more secure attachment and reducing the risk of accidental detachment.
-
No, we sell the 369 mounted on the steel bracelet, leather straps are sold separately. You can purchase our custom-made straps or any 20 mm off-the-shelf straps available on the market using our strap adapter. We suggest that you order the 369 and purchase a custom-made leather strap additionally. This way, if you ever decide to sell your 369 in the future, you can swap it back to the bracelet and get a higher value for it.
LEATHER straps

We offer our customers a choice of leather straps from two suppliers: Hirsch from Austria and Udol Leather from South Korea. Both source their high-quality leather from traditional tanneries in Italy and France, but they have different profiles. Hirsch provides a wide range of materials and styles and can fulfil bulk orders, while Udol operates on a more limited production scale, catering to bespoke requests. Regardless of their preference, our customers can trust that they are purchasing leather straps of the highest quality.
-
We don't directly source the leather ourselves; this task is handled by Hirsch and Udol Leather, our trusted strap manufacturers. Both suppliers take great care in selecting premium materials, sourcing their full grain and tanned leather from tanneries in France, as well as from the Santa Croce sull’Arno and Arzignano regions in Tuscany, the heart of the tanning industries in Italy.
-
Yes, the raw hides used in the production of our leather straps are sourced from a sustainable and renewable source, they are a byproduct of the food industry that would otherwise go to waste. Italian and French tanneries, where our hides are treated, employ a traditional vegetable tanning process, which not only ensures optimum quality but also demonstrates their commitment to environmental sustainability.
-
Hirsch, established in 1765, has dedicated over two centuries to perfecting its craft. It's no surprise that this Austrian company excels in what they do. Hirsch straps offer comfort and durability, ensuring they last for an extended period. Hirsch is not only a brand but also a manufacturer and an online shop, responsible for designing, developing, producing, and selling their own straps. Quality and performance testing are conducted during the production of all Hirsch leather straps. Each strap undergoes torque, tension, compression, and flammability tests to ensure they can withstand repeated and prolonged wear. Their commitment to creating high-quality watch straps has earned them an outstanding reputation worldwide.

Full grain leather is the highest quality leather available, characterised by its durability and natural appearance. It comes from the top layer of the animal hide, where the grain remains intact. This type of leather retains the natural markings, imperfections, and texture of the original hide, making each piece unique. Full grain leather is known for its strength, as it has not been buffed or sanded down to remove imperfections, unlike lower-quality leathers. As it ages, full grain leather develops a rich patina, enhancing its appearance over time.
-
Vegetable-tanned leather is a type of leather that is tanned using natural tannins found in plant sources such as tree bark, leaves, and fruits. This traditional method of tanning dates back thousands of years and is known for producing durable and high-quality leather with a natural and earthy appearance. Vegetable tanning typically involves a slower and more labor-intensive process compared to modern chrome tanning methods. The resulting leather is often used in luxury goods and artisanal products due to its unique characteristics and environmentally friendly production process. Leather is a living and natural material. A well-treated vegetable tanned leather strap can become even more beautiful and unique over time. Prolonged exposure to a strong light source, whether it's sunlight or artificial light, may gradually alter the leather's colour. To extend the life of your vegetable tanned leather strap, we advise against swimming with it and recommend avoiding extreme heat and humidity. In the event your strap comes into contact with water, small bubbles may appear, but these will naturally fade over time. Never use harsh cleaners or abrasive materials on the leather. By taking the time to care for your vegetable tanned leather strap, you'll help maintain its value and appearance on your Möels.

'Liscio', meaning 'smooth', refers to the leather's texture, while 'Oily' indicates that the leather has been treated with oils.
