If your Möels is ever damaged or develops a fault, whether during or after the warranty period, Horologium, our UK service partner, is ready to assist. They have established an International Service Network in major cities worldwide and will connect you with a local partner in your area to service or repair your watch.
HOW IT WORKS
1- After confirming your address, Horologium will partner with a local courier to create a pre-paid shipping label for your Möels.
2- You will receive the label along with detailed instructions for securely packaging your timepiece.
3- Horologium will keep you updated throughout the servicing process. Once repairs or servicing are completed, the service partner will arrange for the return and provide you with the tracking number.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Every Möels is fully covered by a 3-year international limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only; it does not extend to wear and tear or malfunctions arising from accidents, misuse, negligence, alterations, modifications, or any services or repairs conducted by non-certified watchmakers. If your watch is still within the 3-year warranty period, Möels&Co will cover all associated expenses. However, if your watch is no longer under warranty, you will be responsible for the service and shipping costs.
