No, unfortunately we are unable to offer custom bracelet adjustments before shipping. The bracelet is designed to fit most wrist sizes, from 13 cm to 19.5 cm (5.1" to 7.7"). Within this range, you can easily make adjustments yourself. We provide a BERGEON screwdriver and detailed instructions in our Quick User Guide to help with the adjustments.
-
Yes, the 369 bracelet is designed for easy adjustability. It is crafted with five adjustable links and two half-links on both sides, secured with screws, allowing you to adjust the length using the provided BERGEON screwdriver. Additionally, the bracelet includes a tool-free micro-adjustment clasp, and we can provide spare links for wrist size extensions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you're not confident in making the adjustments yourself, we recommend taking it to a local watch shop for assistance.
-
Yes, but we don't provide screwdrivers for this operation. The 369 bracelet is secured with Ø 1.80 mm screw bars, not the standard Ø 1.00 mm pin bars, so two screwdrivers are required. We recommend purchasing two Ø 1.60 mm screwdrivers from BERGEON or any other brand of your choice.
In addition to our custom-made leather straps, you can use any 20 mm leather strap on the market with our adapter.
PLEASE NOTE: While swapping the bracelet may seem a simple operation, mishandling two screwdrivers at the same time can easily damage the screw heads or scratch the case lugs. If you're not confident in your skills, we recommend taking your 369 to a local watch shop for a proper bracelet swap.
-
For the 369, we opted for using Ø 1.80 mm screw bars because they are stronger and provide a secure fit to the bracelet or any other strap. Screw bars offer increased durability and reliability compared to standard Ø 1.00 mm pin bars, ensuring a more secure attachment and reducing the risk of accidental detachment.
-
No, we sell the 369 mounted on the steel bracelet, leather straps are sold separately. You can purchase our custom-made straps or any 20 mm off-the-shelf straps available on the market using our strap adapter. We suggest that you order the 369 and purchase a custom-made leather strap additionally. This way, if you ever decide to sell your 369 in the future, you can swap it back to the bracelet and get a higher value for it.

Yes, the leather used in the production of our 369 straps comes from tanneries audited and certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), which upholds the highest environmental standards in leather tanning. The raw hides are sourced from a sustainable and renewable supply, as a by-product of the food industry that would otherwise go to waste. The Italian and French tanneries where our hides are treated employ a traditional vegetable tanning process without any chemicals, demonstrating their commitment to environmental sustainability.

Vegetable-tanned leather is a type of leather that is tanned using natural tannins found in plant sources such as tree bark, leaves, and fruits. This traditional method of tanning dates back thousands of years and is known for producing durable and high-quality leather with a natural and earthy appearance. Vegetable tanning typically involves a slower and more labor-intensive process compared to modern chrome tanning methods. The resulting leather is often used in luxury goods and artisanal products due to its unique characteristics and environmentally friendly production process.

Leather is a natural, living material. A well-treated, vegetable-tanned leather strap can become even more beautiful over time. To care for your 369 leather strap, keep it clean and dry. Avoid exposure to extreme heat, high humidity, and swimming. If your strap comes into contact with water, small bubbles may appear, but these will naturally fade over time. To prolong the life of your strap, apply a leather conditioner occasionally to prevent it from drying and keep the leather supple. By following these simple practices, you'll help maintain the beauty and longevity of your vegetable-tanned 369 leather strap.

No, Udol Leather is a small, one-person leather atelier, and due to its limited production capacity and financial constraints, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect. Each 369 leather strap is custom-made to order, and customers are contacted before production to confirm their preferences for colour, length, and stitching. Once these preferences are confirmed, returns and refunds are not possible. We appreciate your understanding and support for a small business.

FKM rubber, also known as fluorocarbon rubber, is a synthetic material renowned for its exceptional resistance to heat, chemicals, and weathering. Widely used in the watch industry, FKM rubber straps are prized for their comfort, durability, and resistance to discolouration, maintaining their appearance over time. FKM rubber straps are durable, soft, flexible, and lightweight. They conform comfortably to the wrist, resist odours and stains, and are available in a variety of colours and styles.

Yes, integrated FKM rubber straps for the 369 will be available in mid-2025. We are currently in talks with Delugs, a supplier from Singapore, well-known for their high-quality CTS (cut-to-size) FKM straps and Leaf-Spring Deployant clasps. Sizing CTS rubber straps is easy and can be done at home with just a pair of scissors. By partnering with Delugs, we ensure that your 369 will be paired with a premium rubber strap that complements the watch perfectly.
-
To prevent this situation, we will provide a spare half strap if you accidentally cut the FKM rubber strap too short. However, if the second strap is also cut too short, we will not be able to accept returns and refunds. We strongly recommend measuring your wrist before cutting the strap and making gradual cuts until you achieve the perfect fit.
Here is a video that shows how to properly cut a CTS rubber strap:
