pLACING AN ORDER

  • Our online shopping process is quick, straightforward, and secured with SSL encryption. You don't need to create an account, and regardless of how many items you have in your shopping cart, you only need to check out once. In the "Shop" menu, when you find an item you wish to order, simply select it, then click "Order" and follow these steps:

    STEP 1: ENTER YOUR EMAIL

    Start by entering your email address. This will allow us to send you order confirmations and updates. In the 'Order Summary' preview, you will see a list of the products you have selected, along with their quantities and prices. If you wish to remove a product from your shopping cart, click "Remove." To change the quantity of an item, simply retype the new amount and press "Enter" to update the shopping cart.

    STEP 2: DELIVERY METHOD

    Since our prices include international shipping, you don't need to choose your preferred shipping method. Your order will be shipped via DHL Express, but depending on the destination, we may also use other trusted courier services. Orders within Switzerland are shipped by Swiss Post. Proceed to the payment section.

    STEP 3: PAYMENT & DISCOUNTS

    Now enter your payment information. If you have a promo code, type it in the "Discount Code" box, then click “Apply.” If the promo code is correct, the price will be reduced. If the price does not change, the promo code is either incorrect or has expired. Please send us a message to request another one.

    PLEASE NOTE: Promo codes cannot be applied to Outlet purchases. Should a promo code be abused, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

    STEP 4: REVIEW & PURCHASE

    Lastly, review your order details to ensure everything is correct, and accept the terms and conditions of the payment service. After agreeing to have your personal data processed, as well as accepting the terms and conditions, please click the "Purchase" button to complete your order.

    PLEASE NOTE: The indicated price in various currencies other than British Pound Sterling is indicative only. As a British company, we can only bill clients in GBP. The transaction exchange rate may vary between different payment providers. Möels&Co cannot be held responsible for currency exchange rates and transaction fees applied by payment providers.

  • Yes, customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. EU and UK customers must pay local VAT, ranging from 19% to 27%. Swiss orders will incur an additional 8% VAT. For US orders, a charge of 4.5% to 6% will apply to the amount exceeding $800. Depending on the state where the product is imported, sales tax may also apply. Taxes and duties will be managed by FEDEX or DHL prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimate of these costs for every country, as customs duties and tax rates vary. Please consult your local customs or use the calculator below to estimate importation costs before placing your order.

    PLEASE NOTE: Möels&Co is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance in overseas countries. We do not communicate with local customs authorities to clear your order, nor do we cover any costs incurred while your Möels is held by customs.

  • VAT is not included in our prices because we are not VAT-registered. As a British company, we are required to register for VAT only when our UK sales reach a certain threshold. Since 99% of our watches are sold outside the UK, we have not yet reached this threshold. VAT charges and any other applicable taxes are managed by FEDEX or DHL prior to delivery.

  • Your payment is 100% secure, processed over HTTPS, and your card information never comes into contact with us. Payment processing is exclusively handled by STRIPE, a third-party credit card processor. All details are transmitted over SSL, which employs a 2048-bit RSA-encrypted channel. SSL functions by guaranteeing that any data transferred between users and websites, or between two systems, remains unreadable. It uses encryption algorithms to scramble data in transit, preventing hackers from deciphering it during transmission.

  • No, we don’t accept cryptocurrencies, but it’s something we’re considering for the future. Traditional online transactions can cost businesses up to 3% in fees, while crypto offers a more cost-effective solution. Blockchain technology is transforming payment systems by creating a decentralised and more affordable alternative, and we believe it’s the future of payments.

  • Simply enter your promo code at checkout before finalising your order. Please note that promo codes are valid only for full-price items on our webshop. We reserve the right to withdraw promo codes at any time before their expiration date without prior notice.

  • No, promo codes cannot be applied to outlet items. If a promo code is abused, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

  • Yes, you can cancel your order. Here are the guidelines for cancellations.

    UK CUSTOMERS: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations in the United Kingdom, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without needing to provide a reason.

    EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: For EU customers, the rights to cancel a purchase and exchange are protected under the Consumer Rights Directive, which grants similar rights to those in the UK.

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For customers outside the UK and EU, we encourage you to reach out to us regarding cancellations, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order or receiving the product.

    SHIPPING COSTS ON CANCELLATION: If you decide to cancel your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the watch unless we have specifically agreed to cover these costs.

    REFUND ON CANCELLATION: The refund process will begin once we receive and inspect the watch. A full refund will be issued only if the returned watch is in pristine condition and can be sold at full price. If not, we will refund only 50% of the amount paid by the customer.

    RESTRICTIONS ON CANCELLATION: Pre-orders, outlet items, out-of-stock items, items on sale cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our 'Return Policy' in the 'Shipping & Returns' section for further details.

    If you wish to cancel your order for any other reason, disputes may be referred to the Consumer Protection Rights in the UK.

    CLEARPAY

    You can also shop now and pay later, interest-free, with Clearpay. Your purchase will be split into four payments, payable every two weeks. Unfortunately, this option is currently available only to UK residents, although it will be available to international customers soon.

    Clearpay is only available for orders up to £1,000.00; to sign up, you need to:

    Be at least 18 years old.
    Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number.
    Use a UK bank payment card, such as a Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card.
    Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
    Have verifiable and valid ID.
