3-YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

At Möels&Co, we go above and beyond by offering a 3-year international warranty, far exceeding the standard one or two years provided by most brands. This level of commitment is rare for a small brand like ours and reflects the confidence we have in the quality of our watches. If any manufacturing or mechanical defect arises under normal use within the 3-year period, we will repair your watch free of charge. With this extended warranty, you can enjoy peace of mind, knowing your investment is well protected.

PACKAGING

Your Möels 369 is delivered in a premium watch roll made from top-grain leather, with an inner velvet lining and our logo embossed. It’s packed in a custom-designed box made from 1.8mm-thick rigid cardboard with a glossy finish and protective sleeve. The box is padded with 1.8LB medium-density EVA foam and laser-cut inserts to securely hold the watch roll, documentation, screwdriver, strap adapter, and a spare strap. The packaging is shipped in a cardboard box cushioned with bubble wrap.

You will receive a PVC warranty card, a quick user guide, a microfibre cleaning cloth with our logo printed on it, a Launch Edition stainless steel card and a Thank You card hand-signed by Betina. We recommend storing the packaging in a dry place and keeping all the documents, even if you don’t think they’re necessary. They contribute to the value of your Möels should you ever decide to pass it on to future generations or sell it.

EXTENSION LINKS

A set of extension links is available upon request at no extra charge for customers with wrists larger than 19.5 cm (7.7"). For future secondary market purchases, we will still provide them free of charge, although shipping costs will apply.

SCREWDRIVER

A high-quality Swiss-made Bergeon Ø1.20mm screwdriver, allowing our customers to easily adjust the bracelet, which is precisely crafted with five adjustable links and two half-links on each side, secured with screws.

STRAP ADAPTER

A stainless steel adapter, allowing our customers to swap the bracelet for any 20mm strap. The adapter serves as a temporary solution for those who haven’t yet purchased our custom-made leather straps or prefer to use their own.

METAL CARD

A Launch Edition stainless steel card with the exact dimensions of a credit card. The metal card offers durability and prestige that paper or plastic cannot match. It is rigid, with rounded corners for safety, and feels luxurious in hand.

LUMEBLOCKS

LumeBlocks is one of the latest innovations in watchmaking. Made entirely from luminescent pigments, these solid blocks offer superior afterglow performance compared to traditional applied lume. Slide the bar to see the LumeBlocks in action and experience their glow in real-time. This interactive feature allows you to easily compare the brightness and visibility under different lighting conditions. The hands don't glow as brightly or last as long because only a thin layer of luminous pigment is applied on top. Despite this difference, the overall visibility is still great.

  • Yes, customers are responsible for paying local taxes and customs duties. EU and UK customers must pay VAT, ranging from 19% to 27%. Swiss orders will incur an additional 8% VAT. For US orders, a charge of 4.5% to 6% will apply to the amount exceeding $800. Depending on the state where the product is imported, sales tax may also apply. Taxes and duties will be managed by FEDEX or DHL prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these costs for every country, as customs duties and tax rates vary. Please consult your local customs office or use the calculator below to estimate importation costs before placing your order.

    https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/

PLEASE NOTE: Möels&Co is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance in overseas countries. We do not communicate with local customs authorities to clear your order, nor do we cover any costs incurred while your watch is held by customs.

  • VAT is not included in our prices because we are not VAT-registered. As a British company, we are required to register for VAT only when our UK sales reach a certain threshold. Since 99% of our watches are sold outside the UK, we have not yet reached this threshold. VAT charges and any other applicable taxes are managed by FEDEX or DHL prior to delivery.

  • No, we ship all parcels once a week, specifically on Wednesdays. To ensure your order is included in the upcoming shipment, we kindly request that you place your order before Sunday at midnight CET (Central European Time). Orders received after this deadline will be shipped the following week.

  • We ship to most countries, with the exception of the following: Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, South Africa, Côte d’Ivoire, Iran, Sierra Leone, Myanmar, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Iraq, Syria, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Crimea, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, and Afghanistan.

PLEASE NOTE: Despite the shipping restrictions, customers from these countries still have an alternative delivery option. They can use parcel forwarding companies by placing an order, filling in the seller’s details as the consignor, and making the payment. The courier company will then collect the parcel from us and ship it to you.

  • If your country requires a Certificate of Origin (CO) for importing goods, an additional fee of £200 will be charged prior to dispatching your watch. The Certificate of Origin is issued by the Chamber of Commerce Canton Ticino in Lugano, Switzerland, from where our watches are dispatched.

  • Every Möels is fully covered by a 3-year international limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only; it does not extend to wear and tear or malfunctions arising from accidents, misuse, negligence, alterations, modifications, or any services or repairs conducted by non-certified watchmakers.

    WHAT IS COVERED

    • Visible damage or defects discovered upon unpacking.

    • Malfunctioning crown screw threads.

    • Clasp issues preventing proper opening or closing.

    • Severe timekeeping deviations.

PLEASE NOTE: Deviations over time are expected and normal. The average deviation of a Sellita SW200-1 Standard grade movement is ±12 to 30 seconds per day. If your Möels is running well beyond this tolerance within the first year, the warranty will apply. From the second year onward, the responsibility for movement regulation will fall to the customer.

    WHAT IS NOT COVERED

    • Damage from water if the crown is not fully screwed in.

    • Damage from impacts, drops, misuse, or accidents.

    • Exposure to extreme conditions (heat, cold, vibrations, shocks, magnetism).

    • Customisation or tampering, which voids the warranty.

    WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY

The warranty is fully transferable. It stays with the watch, covering any subsequent owners, ensuring they receive the same protection. We want all our wearers, whether they purchased directly from us or not, to be happy with our watches.

    CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Our goal is always to find a fair and positive resolution. If a dispute regarding the warranty cannot be resolved, it may be referred to Consumer Protection Rights in the UK.
