MÖELS & CO. AMBASSADOR PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PURPOSE
The MÖELS & CO. Ambassador Program (“Program”) unites individuals who share our passion for our brand and timepieces.

ELIGIBILITY
To join the Program, you must be 18 years of age or older, genuinely interested in watches and MÖELS & CO. products, maintain an active and engaged social media presence, and accept these terms and conditions.

As a MÖELS & CO. Ambassador, you will enjoy:

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a MÖELS & CO. Ambassador, you are expected to:

TERM
The Program begins upon your application's acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.

TERMINATION
MÖELS & CO. may terminate your status as an Ambassador at any time, with or without cause, through written notice. You may terminate your status as a MÖELS & CO. Ambassador at any time by providing written notice to MÖELS & CO.

CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to keep all confidential information disclosed by MÖELS & CO. confidential and use it only for your responsibilities as a MÖELS & CO. Ambassador.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in MÖELS & CO. products and content remain the property of MÖELS & CO. and must be used in accordance with MÖELS & CO.’s guidelines.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MÖELS & CO. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Program.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions adhere to the laws of The United Kingdom, where MÖELS & CO. is headquartered.

By submitting your application to the MÖELS & CO. Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also understand that Möels & Co. retains the right to terminate your ambassador status at any time.
