If your Möels timepiece has been accidentally damaged or experienced a fault, either within or outside the warranty period, you can arrange a service with our service partner in the UK, Horologium. Whenever a repair is conducted, the Horologium team automatically conducts a maintenance assessment to identify any worn parts or gaskets. They also clean the watch and perform accuracy and water resistance tests to ensure your timepiece is returned to you in perfect condition.

HOW IT WORKS

1- After confirming your address, Horologium collaborates with a local courier service partner in your area. They generate a pre-paid shipping label for collecting your watch.

2- Once the shipping label is prepared, Horologium sends it to you along with comprehensive instructions on securely packaging your watch for shipment.

3- Upon receiving your watch at the service partner's facility, they inform Horologium, who in turn sends you an acknowledgment to confirm that your watch is in safe hands.

4- Throughout the servicing process, Horologium maintains transparent communication with you. Regular updates are provided to keep you informed about the service's progress. Once the repairs are completed, the service partner will initiate the return process and keep you informed regarding the shipment's status.

NOTE: If your watch is still within the 2-year warranty period, Möels will cover all associated expenses. However, if your watch is no longer under warranty, you will be responsible for the service and shipping costs.
