PLACING AN ORDER

  • Our online shopping process is secure with SSL, quick, and straightforward. You don't need to create an account, and regardless of how many items you have in your shopping cart, you only need to check out once. In the "Shop" menu, when you find an item you wish to order, simply select it, then click "Purchase" and follow these steps:

    STEP 1

    Fill out your email address. On the right side, in the "Order Summary" preview, you will see a list of the products you have chosen, along with their quantity and price. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click "Remove." If you want to change the quantity, just retype the new amount, press "enter," and the shopping cart will be updated.

    PROMO CODE

    If you have one, enter your promo code in the "Discount Code" box, then click “Apply.” If the code is correct, the price will be reduced. If the price does not change, the promo code has expired. However, you can send us a message to request another one.

    STEP 2

    Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an "*." You don't need to choose your preferred shipping method; worldwide shipping via DHL EXPRESS is included in the purchase price.

    STEP 3

    Select your payment method by filling in all fields marked with an "*" and accept the terms and conditions of the payment service. After choosing your preferred payment method and agreeing to have your personal data processed, as well as accepting the terms and conditions, please click on the “Order and Pay” button.

    STEP 4

    Review your order and purchase. To continue, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

    PAYPAL

    PayPal is an online payment system that allows you to pay for purchases online with a bank account rather than a credit card while keeping your payment information concealed from merchants. When you link your bank account, credit card, or debit card to your PayPal account, you can use PayPal for online purchases with participating stores. PayPal acts as an intermediary between your bank and merchants, ensuring the security of your payment information. PayPal has essentially rendered checks and costly wire transfer services obsolete.

    CLEARPAY

    You can also shop now and pay later, interest-free, with Clearpay. Your purchase will be split into four payments, payable every two weeks. Unfortunately, this option is currently available only to UK residents, although it will be available to international customers soon.

    To sign up with Clearpay, you need to:

    Be at least 18 years old.
    Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number.
    Use a UK bank payment card, such as a Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card.
    Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
    Have verifiable and valid ID.
    Be residing in the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland).

    Note: Addresses in UK territories, British Forces Post Offices, Isle of Man, Isle of Jersey, and Isle of Guernsey are not allowed.

Payment processing is exclusively handled by STRIPE, a third-party credit card processor. All details are transmitted over SSL, which employs a 2048-bit RSA-encrypted channel. SSL functions by guaranteeing that any data transferred between users and websites, or between two systems, remains unreadable. It uses encryption algorithms to scramble data in transit, preventing hackers from deciphering it during transmission.

  • No, our prices do not include taxes and duties. Möels & Co. cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes levied by overseas countries. Our timepieces are shipped from Switzerland, a non-EU country. EU and UK customers must pay VAT additionally, from 19% to 27%. US orders under $800 are duty-free; over this limit, an extra 4.5% to 6% charge applies, but only on the amount exceeding $800. Depending on the state where the product is imported, sales tax may also apply. Taxes and duties will be managed by DHL prior to delivery.

  • No, we don't accept cryptocurrencies at the moment, but we have plans to accept them in the future because it makes little sense for businesses to pay a 3% fee for on-line transactions. These long-standing payment systems used all over the world will be replaced by the emerging blockchain technology, which rebuilds the payment infrastructure in a completely decentralised way.

  • To apply your promotional code, enter it at the checkout before finalising your order. Please note that promotional codes cannot be used for clearance items and are only valid for redemption on our main webshop, and we reserve the right to withdraw promotional codes before their expiration date without prior notice.

  • No, promotional codes cannot be applied to Outlet purchases. Promo codes can only be redeemed in our main webshop. Should a code be abused, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

  • Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations in the United Kingdom, UK consumers have the right to cancel their purchase without specifying a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. They are also entitled to a 30-day exchange period. For European consumers, the right to cancel a purchase and the exchange period are typically governed by the Consumer Rights Directive. This directive grants European consumers the same rights as those in the UK. For international customers outside the UK and EU, we suggest contacting us to request cancellation, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order or within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    Note: The refund process will begin once we receive and inspect the product. A full refund will be issued only if the returned product is in pristine condition. Pre-orders, Outlet items, out-of-stock items, or items on sale cannot be cancelled or returned. Additionally, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
