For pre-orders, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. These orders are considered final sale due to the special discounted price offered. Customers will only be eligible for cancellations and refunds when purchasing at the full retail price.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

Some countries require a Certificate of Origin for the import of goods, Bahrain for example. If your country requires a CO, an additional fee of £275 will be charged before we can ship your timepiece. Please note that this fee is charged by the Chamber of Commerce Canton Ticino in Lugano Switzerland (https://www.cc-ti.ch/), and not by Möels & Co.
